Die revolution\u00e4re Kunst des Wanddrucks, ist das direkte Auftragen von benutzerdefinierten Motiven auf eine Oberfl\u00e4che mit einem Spezialdrucker. Es sind keine Klebstoffe oder klebrigen Komponenten beteiligt, sodass die urspr\u00fcngliche Textur und das Aussehen der Wand erhalten bleiben.<\/p>\n

Einfacher erkl\u00e4rt, die Wanddruckmaschine ist innerhalb von weniger Minuten aufgebaut und an der Wand ausgerichtet. Das Druckbild wird geladen und anschlie\u00dfend der Druckvorgang gestartet. Die Maschine druckt das Objekt St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck, indem sie sich in y-Richtung auf und ab bewegt, w\u00e4hrend sie sich in x-Richtung langsam weiter nach rechts bewegt. In der Hinterachse befindet sich eine Niveauregulierung, die Bodenunebenheiten ausgleicht. Dazu sind Lasersensoren installiert, die Wandunebenheiten bis zu 10mm in Echtzeit erkennen. Die Druckgeschwindigkeit variiert je nach Aufl\u00f6sung; je h\u00f6her die Aufl\u00f6sung, desto <\/span>langsamer der Druckprozess.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Beim Druckverfahren kommt eine sehr widerstandsf\u00e4hige, kunststoff\u00e4hnliche UV-Farbe zum Einsatz, die unter den integrierten UV-H\u00e4rtungslampen sofort aush\u00e4rtet und auf fast allen Oberfl\u00e4chen eingesetzt werden kann. Die Tinte ist wasserfest, langlebig und umweltfreundlich.<\/p>\n

Die Druckwerke werden in jeder Farbe und Ausf\u00fchrung individuell angepasst und in hoher Qualit\u00e4t und in verschiedenen Formaten hinsichtlich Aufl\u00f6sung und Lebensdauer (bis zu 8 Jahre) gedruckt. <\/span>Der Druckvorgang ist schnell und effizient und wird wenig Zeit ben\u00f6tigt, um einen Druckauftrag abzuschlie\u00dfen. <\/span>Es gibt eine Mindestdeckenh\u00f6he (2,6 Meter), da unser Drucker nicht an niedrigere Standorte passt.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Wir k\u00f6nnen Ihre Motive bis zu einer\u00a0<\/span>maximalen H\u00f6he von 1,6 Meter und unbegrenzter Breite<\/strong> drucken. Die minimale Deckenh\u00f6he betr\u00e4gt in diesem Fall 2,5 Meter<\/strong> f\u00fcr Motive mit einer H\u00f6he bis max. 1,60.
